The Judge advisor is heavily involved in the pre-event planning by providing training to the Judges and helping with the judging room allocations if there are any conflicts of interest. During the event they brief the Judges on their roles, let them know of any teams who’ve submitted special needs forms, send them off to their judging sessions, and will lead them through the deliberations for the awards.
